CENTREVILLE, MICH. September 19, 2025 – The Hastings Mutual Insurance Charitable Foundation today announced a grant of $20,000 to Keystone Place, a vital emergency housing facility in Centreville, Michigan. This significant funding will be used to purchase essential supplies, ensuring that individuals and families experiencing homelessness receive the immediate support they need.
Keystone Place (505 E Market St, Centreville, MI) provides emergency shelter, case management services, and rapid rehousing support to the homeless and those at risk of becoming homeless in St. Joseph County and the surrounding areas. The $20,000 grant will directly support the day-to-day operations of the shelter by funding necessities such as bedding, toiletries, clothing, cleaning supplies, and other critical items that contribute to a safe and stable environment for residents.
